Feels Like Fall

It's finally starting to feel like fall!  It's crazy how it was just 80 over the weekend and now the temperatures have already started to drop significantly.  This is the reason why I always get sick this time of year.  I had a really cool event that I went to yesterday and this is what I wore.  It was a presentation for Bond No 9 in celebration of their 10 year anniversary.  It was an afternoon of tea, macarons and smelling pretty perfume.

Top: Forever21/ Skirt (here): C/O H&M/ Jacket (here): C/O Charlotte Russe
Booties (here): Target/ Bag: Phillip Lim For Target/ Hat (similar): H&M
Belt: Forever21/ Bracelet: Tanya Kara

I got this skirt during the H&M campaign that I was apart of a few months ago and really wanted to wear it again in a different way.  I kept the whole red, black and gold theme going on but made it more appropriate for this season.  I found these booties at Target 2 days ago and was so anxious to wear them.  They were only $30 and they're so cute and comfortable.  Just a heads up that I will be wearing these a lot!  I swear it's impossible for me to go to Target and only leave with what I intended to get. I took photos with and without this jacket to show the two different looks.  My favorite part about the jacket is the gold hardware.  My other faux leather jackets have silver zippers and since I usually wear gold, this was perfect.  I've been on the hunt for a great hat for fall and finally came across this one at H&M the other day.  Hats make the perfect accessory this season.  My other one is too big to wear all the time so the brim on this one is the exact size I was looking for.

Here are a few photos from the display at the Bond No 9 event.  The thing that I love most about the brand is that all of the perfumes are named after a different part/aspect of New York.  For example, some of the names are Fashion Ave, ChinaTown, Wall Street, and So New York.  They have marked every NY neighborhood with a scent of its own.  As part of their 10 year anniversary, they designed a perfume for their fantasy street which partakes in the best of all of New York called Perfumista Avenue.  It's designed for a woman who is stunning, bold, sexy, fearless and daring. We also got to preview their holiday collection which was amazing!

Thanks so much to Alison Brod and the founder of Bond No 9, Laurice Rahme, for letting me be apart of this!

I hope you enjoyed today's post and have a great day loves!
